Returns & exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. Standard (non-bespoke) items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.
